The house sold in a few days but during that time and through to the closing she was always available, responsive, and very pleasant, notwithstanding the pressure of showing houses during the pandemic. Since we were not in Miami during the sale or closing, she had to take care of all sorts of details normally not the responsibility of a real estate agent (like moving our car so it could be shipped north) and she handled these cheerfully and competently.
